Cory Joseph might be a target for the Jazz as well. The veteran has no business playing for a club like the Detroit Red Wings. For a playoff club seeking to make a run in the playoffs, he’d be a valuable addition off the bench.
The 30-year-old is averaging 8.4 points and 3.9 assists in over 23 minutes a game in 37 games this season.
Joseph isn’t as big as Ingles or the other three players listed, but he does have the same leadership and playmaking abilities as the Australian. With the San Antonio Spurs, the Canadian has some playoff and championship experience.
This season, Ingles essentially served as the Jazz’s backup guard. Perhaps now is the best time to acquire one, and Joseph is probably the most economical option available.
