More food and collectibles to coincide with the launch of Ghostbusters this year: Life after death is also on the way. Blue Slime and Cream Filled Twinkies will also hit store shelves later this year, but it’s unclear when they’ll be available. Hasbro’s new Afterlife toy line was also unveiled this month. It contains a variety of mini Poofs to collect in different playful poses.

Ghostbusters: The Afterlife is directed by Jason Reitman, the son of Ghostbusters and Ghostbusters II director Ivan Reitman. The script was co-written by Jason and Gil Kenan and is set in the same universe as the first two films. The story, which spans three decades, follows a family who move into a farmhouse inherited from a deceased relative, and discover that they have ties to the legendary Ghostbusters team.

Carrie Coon, McKenna Grace, Finn Wolfhard and Logan Kim will play the lead roles in the new film. Paul Rudd also plays a professor obsessed with early ghost hunters. As a direct sequel, the film will also bring back many fans of the first two films, including Bill Murray as Peter Venkman, Dan Aykroyd as Ray Stantz, Ernie Hudson as Winston Zeddemore, Annie Potts as Janine Melnitz and Sigourney Weaver as Dana Barrett. The characters are also a tribute to Egon Spengler, played by the late Harold Ramis.

He has a sense of the former, more than the latter or the female, Murray said of the afterlife in an interview with Collider. It has a different feel than two of the other four. I think he’s really on to something. It was difficult. It was very difficult. That’s why I think it will be good. …. It’s worth a look.

Ghostbusters: Afterlife is scheduled for release on the 11th. November 2021 in the cinema. This release date follows several delays to the highly anticipated sequel, which was introduced last summer. Given the return of the stars and the fans’ enthusiasm for the upcoming film, there’s a good chance it will be a big hit at the box office.

The new Ghostbusters cereal is expected to hit U.S. store shelves for a limited time in early to mid-April, and some fans have already seen it on the shelves. The boxes are available in family size and medium size. We have this information from Ghostbusters News.
