The wrestling world received tragic news on Saturday night when it became known that the current AEW star and former WWE superstar Brody Lee (John Huber) had died at the age of 41. Lee was the leader of AEW’s Dark Order faction and a former AEW TNT champion. Known as Luke Harper in the WWE, he organized the WWE Intercontinental Championship, the NXT Tag Team Championship and the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championship. It would be an understatement to say that the news of his death was devastating. Lee has long been regarded as one of the best big men in the wrestling industry, and he’s just starting to develop the character aspect of his AEW game.

Tributes and reactions quickly flooded the social media, and we’ve put some of them together for our readers here.

Our thoughts are with the Huber family at this incredibly difficult time.
