TikTok dancer Hannah Viverette was interrupted during the show when a man broke into her home. The video footage of the incident has now turned viral. Viverette danced alone in her apartment in Hagerstown, Maryland, when she noticed that a man opened the door to her balcony on the second floor. The intruder, Angel Moises Rodriguez-Gomez, 36, was detained by law enforcement and charged with third- and fourth-degree burglary, second-degree assault, prosecution and malicious destruction of property.

Do you see in the TikTok video that Hannah asks Viverette who you are? Who are you? She can hear him say that Alexa’s device turns off the music she’s dancing to. Am I your friend? Ask Angel Moses Rodriguez-Gomez. No, she’s answering. Are you sure? He’s asking. Yeah, Viverette told her she was gonna use her cell phone to call the police. The video is quite disturbing, but fortunately no one was hurt.

Originally, the angel Moïse Rodriguez-Gomez was arrested by the police and then released on bail, making Hannah Viverette very nervous. The only thing the police authorities could tell me was that much of this was due to the reluctance to keep him in the house because of COVID, Viverette said in an interview. I don’t think it’s fair that he’s free now. And I have to watch my back from every angle. Following the above interview, Mr Rodriguez-Gomez was detained by the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement Service (ICE) for violating immigration laws and for burglary, assault and other criminal charges.

Hannah Viverette said she recognized the angel Moses Rodriguez-Gomez after the shock disappeared. I’ve seen it before, and it took me about three seconds to put it all together, that it was the man who was in his truck, looking at me from my balcony, making progress, she said. That’s when I knew it wouldn’t be right. Viverette kept writing, and he kept his hands in his pockets, which scared me at first. Nobody wants to confront someone who broke into his house, and Viverette fears the worst. Clearly the intruder is coming in, but he won’t take his hands off his sweatshirt. And I was afraid he was carrying a gun.

Since the robbery, Hannah Viverette has had the manager’s permission to give up her apartment. Anyway, she won’t stop dancing at TikTok because of the situation. He’s not gonna take her away from me. Absolutely not, Viverette says. I won’t live in fear. You can watch the above video and Viverette’s interview on YouTube via the Inside Edition channel.
